Construction of houses have commenced by allotees in Jan 2007


(a)   The residential area of the scheme is not more than 55% of the total area and remaining 45% is being used for provision of wide roads. Green Area Parks, Civic Facilities, School and most modern Sewerage Treatment  Plant for treatment of affluent to make the area pollution free.


(b)    The scheme has one km front along the Islamabad Highway. Main Boulevards consists of dual carriageway of 100 ft, 80 ft and 60 ft wide  while internal streets are 40 ft wide with flowers and hedges on wide medians.


(c)    100,000 gallons overhead water tank has been constructed to cater for  water requirements of residents.


(d)   An embankment is being constructed on the right bank of Soan River to protect   the scheme from any unforeseen flood conditions in Soan River 30 ft road   namely “Sunset Avenue” has been developed on the embankment with a wide jogging track.  Stone apron of 10 ft wide and 5 ft deep underground is being  laid  alongwith stone pitching.


(e)   Renaissance Developers (Pvt) Limited has executed an MOU with PTCL for laying of optical fiber system with facilities of   telephone, cable TV   and Internet on one connection.


(f)   The scheme has developed a network of power distribution as per modern standards. Underground electrification is being laid adding aesthetics to  the area besides giving a lot of advantage in electrification systems. Workon 1.23 MW Feeder sanctioned for River Garden from Soan Grid Station is in progress.


(g)   Rainwater drains are being constructed under the footpaths. Beautiful Tuff Pavers and edge stones are being laid on footpath add beauty to the scheme.


(h)   Asphalt wearing course of Main Boulevard, Street no.1 to 7 and Street no.24 has been done and Main Entrance Gate on Garden Avenue is in full  progress.  


(j)   It is worth mentioning that Renaissance Developers (Pvt) Limited is implementing most modern standards different from those initially designed in 1999. House sewer & lateral crossings connecting it to Main sewer in front of every two plots are one of the most modern facilities. Similar is thecase with water supply lines. Stone pitching and stone apron on the embankment will add to the compatibility and durability of embankment in the years tocome. Sewerage Treatment Plant is itself a most modern facility of protection from environmental hazards. These standards of development require huge funds which we are looking forward  from  our members.



(k)   Sale price of the plots is revised to Rs.8500/- per sq yds.
